By scheduling any service with DetailCore Mobile Detailing, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions listed in this agreement. Please read carefully before signing.
1. MOBILE SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. You must provide adequate space for our team to work, a safe location, and permission to be on the premises if you are not the property owner.
2. If we arrive and conditions are unsafe or inadequate (lack of space, no permission, hazardous environment), we reserve the right to reschedule. A $35 rescheduling fee will apply.
3. If the service is at your home, please ensure that any vehicles that may need to leave are moved before we set up our equipment. We cannot break down our setup mid-service.
4. We operate 100% mobile — we do not have a physical shop or waiting area. All services are performed at your location.
2. PAYMENT POLICY
5. A deposit of 10% of the total service value is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and guarantees your reserved time slot. By paying the deposit, the client confirms their commitment to the scheduled service.
6. Full payment of the remaining balance is required on the day of service. If the client is not present, payment may be made via cash, check, or digital invoice. The invoice must be paid in full on the same day.
7. A 10% late fee will be applied each day that payment remains outstanding past the service date.
8. We accept: cash, zelle, credit cards, check.
3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
9. A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit, as that time slot could have been offered to another client.
10. If the client cancels on the day of service or does not provide the required notice, the deposit will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the total scheduled service fee, unless an extreme and documented circumstance prevented the appointment from being kept.
11. Clients who cancel and reschedule multiple times may be charged a $100 non-refundable retainer before future bookings are confirmed.
12. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or equipment failure without penalty to the company. In such cases, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
4. VEHICLE PREPARATION
13. Please remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from your vehicle before service. Any areas that are not cleared (glove compartment, center console, etc.) may not be fully cleaned.
14. For safety reasons, any personal defense items such as firearms, knives, or other weapons must be removed from the vehicle before service begins. If such items are present and not removed, those areas will not be accessed or cleaned during the service. We will not be held responsible for incomplete cleaning in those areas.
15. For child safety, we will NOT remove or reinstall car seats or booster seats under any circumstances. Please remove them before we arrive. If left in the vehicle, we will clean around them to the best of our ability.
16. We only use our own professional-grade detailing products and will not use products supplied by the client.
5. INTERIOR LIMITATIONS
17. We make no guarantee regarding the complete removal of stains or odors. We will make every effort, but some surfaces may be beyond restoration. Some stains are permanent.
18. Odor removal is not included in standard detailing services. We refer odor removal to specialist services as needed.
19. Pet hair and sand are extremely difficult to fully remove. While we are usually successful in removing visible traces, complete removal is not guaranteed.
20. The headliner will be cleaned gently. Aggressive cleaning or strong chemicals can cause the headliner glue to fail, causing sagging. We will not be held responsible for headliner damage caused by necessary cleaning.
21. We are not responsible for damage to heavily soiled controls, buttons, or knobs (steering wheel, dashboard) where dirt or buildup causes markings to fade during cleaning.
6. EXTERIOR & PAINT
22. Bird droppings, bug splatter, tree sap, and tar can chemically etch into paintwork if left for extended periods. Removal may not be fully possible without additional corrective services. We will not be responsible for pre-existing paint damage.
23. We do not dress or coat plastic running boards on trucks or SUVs due to slip hazard risk. If requested, the client accepts full liability.
24. Wheels with baked-on brake dust may not be fully restorable. Some wheels may need professional repair or replacement.
25. Exterior black or grey textured trim pieces may be beyond full restoration. We will do our best to restore them to their original appearance.
7. WINDOWS & GLASS
26. Windows may not achieve perfect clarity under extreme weather conditions, but we will do our best.
27. We are not responsible for the worsening of pre-existing cracks, chips, or stone impacts during the wash process. Water exposure, especially in extreme temperatures, can worsen these defects.
8. ENGINE BAY & SUNROOF/MOONROOF
28. Engine bays and sunroof/moonroof tracks are cleaned ONLY upon specific client request.
29. We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems arising from cleaning these areas. Water exposure during washing can affect these components. By requesting this service, you accept all risk.
9. SURCHARGES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
30. Prices may be adjusted based on the vehicle's condition, type, size, and the client's location.
31. A minimum 20% surcharge applies to all jobs involving excessive pet hair.
32. A surcharge of up to 80% will be applied for cleaning involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other biohazardous materials.
33. We reserve the right to revise the price mid-service if the vehicle's condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.
10. CERAMIC COATING & PAINT CORRECTION
34. A deposit paid for ceramic coating services is non-refundable.
35. If you have received a premium service such as paint correction or ceramic coating, we strongly recommend hand washing only to preserve your results. Automatic car washes with brushes or mechanical rollers can scratch the paint, strip protective coatings, and significantly reduce the lifespan of the work performed. We will not be responsible for damage caused by automatic car washes after a premium service has been completed.
36. To maintain a ceramic coating in optimal condition, only pH-neutral hand wash products should be used. Avoid harsh detergents, abrasive cloths, or high-pressure washing at close range to the vehicle's surface.
11. MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
37. We recommend scheduling a detailing service at least once a month to keep your vehicle in optimal condition. Regular maintenance prevents buildup of contaminants that are harder and more costly to remove over time.
38. For clients who have invested in premium services such as paint correction or ceramic coating, monthly maintenance is especially important to protect and extend the results of that investment.
39. Consistent upkeep not only keeps your vehicle looking its best but also helps preserve its resale value over time.
12. CLIENT CONDUCT & SAFETY
40. Please maintain a safe distance of at least 10–15 feet from our work area to avoid slip or trip hazards. If you need to speak with us, please get our attention from a safe distance.
41. We treat every client with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, or deny service to any client who is unreasonable or disrespectful.
42. Verbal or physical abuse toward any team member will not be tolerated. Appropriate action will be taken if such behavior is encountered.
